Rural Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure (REV 2.0)
The Rural Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Grant (REV 2.0) is a $4 million initiative supporting the installation of publicly accessible EV charging stations across the Central Sierra region. Led by Momentum and CSEDD, the project aims to expand clean transportation options, reduce rural charging gaps, and help local businesses and property owners explore opportunities to host chargers in their communities. This grant is available to businesses and property owners in Amador, Alpine, Calaveras, Inyo, Nevada, Mariposa, Mono, and Tuolumne Counties.

Webinars
To ensure as many communities as possible benefit from this investment, we are making the opportunity to engage with this initiative available to all business owners throughout the Central Sierra region. We are encouraging interested businesses and property owners to get signed up by December 31, 2025. Priority review will be given to locations identified during this initial outreach window in December.
To support applicants, CSEDD is hosting a series of informational webinars to walk through the program, answer questions, and help businesses understand what it takes to participate. To attend these webinars, you must RSVP on the form below.
