Brown Act waivers the Governor included in his Executive Order:

• All Board meetings may be convened via teleconference

• We do not need to post the location of the teleconference sites on the agenda, but we do need to note that Board members may participate via teleconference

• Board members, clerks or other personnel do not need to be physically present at the board meetings

• Board members participating via teleconference do not have to be within the member counties

• We do not need to post agendas at the teleconference locations and no members of the public are allowed to participate in the meeting at the teleconference locations

• We can make meetings available to the public via teleconference or by other electronic means

• If we decide to close a meeting location to the public, we are required to provide one publicly accessible location from which the public can observe and offer public comment.
